Dwaraka Tirumala
Temples signify holiness and are the best places of worship for many Hindu religious pilgrims. Every year devotees visit and dedicate festivals in various temples in India. Almost every state has the privilege to host a holy temple where millions of pilgrims visit to worship. The Dwaraka Tirumala temple holds excellent history dating back to the old days. It’s a sacred place used as a pilgrim center in Andhra Pradesh state, India.
Dwaraka Tirumala has located near Eluru, 42km from the West Godavari district. The pilgrim center is famous due to Dwaraka, a holy saint. The saint first found the self-manifested Lord Sri Venkateswara after the harsh penance in Valmikam/ anthill. Lord Sri Venkateswara is Kaliyuga Valikunta Vasaand names the pilgrim center Chinna Tirupati (small Tirupati).
The Venkateswara Temple, which is a Vaishnavite temple, is situated at Dwaraka Tirumala, Andhra Pradesh. The holy Dwaraka Tirumala Temple is solely dedicated to the Vishnu incarnation (Lord Venkateswara). The temple is surrounded by holy rivers, which are considered more holy as they go upstream. The North Indian Rivers Ganges and Yamuna are holy icons flowing to the source and South Indian rivers Krishna and Godavari.
Dwaraka Tirumala Temple Timings and Tickets
The temple authorities have set Darsanam timing where devotees can visit for their worship. The regular Darsanam offers from 6 am to 1 pm and from 03.00 PM to 05:30 PM and the last from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
- Pilgrims will receive Darshan tickets for free, making it easy for all devotees to visit.
- Seeghra Darshan ticket charges Rs. 100 per person. The darshan is special, and pilgrims can use the darshan for a short period. The temple timings are the same as the Darsanam from 6am to 1 pm, 3 pm to 5:30 PM, and 7 PM to 9 PM.
Dwaraka Tirumala Annadanam timings
The temple offers free Anna prasadam for thousands of devotees. For example, 2000 pilgrims from 11 am to 3 pm on regular days. On weekends and special days, the temple receives 4000 to 5000 devotees. They also provide Anna prasadam for all devotees from 9 am to 4 pm. One can also get Anna prasadam on Fridays from 8 pm to 11 pm.
The Dwaraka Tirumala temple holds many people with three large halls, each set with 364 seats. This helps accommodate a considerable number of devotees at the same time.
Accommodation
Devotees who need accommodation can easily book cottages, Kalyana Mandapams, and Choultries. The devotees pay a set booking fee to the temple authorities. The rooms have all facilities such as a water heater, good lighting, water and more. There are two dormitories for which users pay Rs.10 to help accommodate the pilgrims. The dormitories have all the facilities to keep all pilgrims comfortable.

Dwaraka Tirumala Sevas
- Suprabhata Seva: it happens at 4 am, and pilgrims should pay Rs. 200 per person.
- Astottara Satanam Archana: the pilgrims can celebrate it from 9 am to 12 pm at Utsava Mutri.
- Kumkuma puja: the pooja is celebrated every day at a fee of Rs. 100
- Gopuja: the puja goes for Rs. 116, where two are for Seeghra Darshan and two laddus plus one Pulihora free.
